- Damaged/Defective Products: Report within 24 hours of delivery
- Quality Issues: Report within 7 days of delivery
- Wrong Product: Report within 48 hours of delivery

4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide order number and reason for return
- Send photos of the product and packaging if damaged
- We will provide return instructions and pickup details
- Pack the product in original packaging if possible

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we offer:

- Replacement: Same product replacement at no additional cost
- Store Credit: Credit for future purchases
- Partial Refund: For partially damaged products (if acceptable to customer)
6. Refund Processing Time
- Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
- UPI/Digital Wallets: 1-2 business days
- Cash on Delivery Refunds: 5-7 business days
- Credit Card: 5-10 business days (depending on bank)
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
