3. Return Timeframe

  • Damaged/Defective Products: Report within 24 hours of delivery
  • Quality Issues: Report within 7 days of delivery
  • Wrong Product: Report within 48 hours of delivery

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  3. Send photos of the product and packaging if damaged
  4. We will provide return instructions and pickup details
  5. Pack the product in original packaging if possible

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we offer:

  • Replacement: Same product replacement at no additional cost
  • Store Credit: Credit for future purchases

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
  • UPI/Digital Wallets: 1-2 business days
  • Cash on Delivery Refunds: 5-7 business days
  • Credit Card: 5-10 business days (depending on bank)

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
